Rosso di Muccio – Muccio Spreadable Cheese

Muccio's Spreadable Cheese It is a very fine salami with an intense and decidedly spicy flavour, made with lean and fat portions of noble pork cuts and flavoured with the spicy native “papaulo” of Castelpoto. The ingredients of the Spalmabile di Muccio are simple: pork cuts such as guanciale and pancetta are finely minced together with abundant doses of spicy papaulo powder obtained from the spicy native pepper of Castelpoto, kneaded and blended until obtaining a smooth and creamy mixture without the addition of colourings and preservatives.
