Farm

We have always cultivated the land, on the hills of Castelpoto, so that they produce the fodder and nourishment necessary for the pigs we raise and from which we then obtain our products. We are driven by the desire to pass on the love and passion for quality, genuine and healthy products. We want to make known our attention to food safety, respect for the environment, for biodiversity and for small local communities. Starting from the breeding and care of the pigs' diet, up to the processing of meat, which remains artisanal, what distinguishes us is the guarantee of a complete, controlled and short supply chain!

Animal welfare and quality of life come first

Since 1977 we have been breeding the ancient black pig of the Casertana breed, taking scrupulously care of their healthy and safe diet. Our pigs feed on barley, corn, wheat, field beans, acorns, pumpkins and potatoes, without any antibiotic treatment.

Meat processing

We love to be recognized for our products. Through their appearance, aroma and flavor we reveal the experience, commitment and patience we put into every phase of production. Our ingredients are few and natural: top quality meat expertly selected, few aromas and used in modest quantities, artisanal processing. For us it is a given to use excellent raw materials as well as knowing how to give the right amount of time to the different production phases. It is thanks to the combination of quality and time that the cured meats of Fattoria Muccio are obtained, rich in aroma and flavor.

Packaging

In our artisan laboratory , each cured meat is packaged with meticulous care, using traditional techniques and rigorous controls to guarantee freshness and quality.
